July 7 - 9 am – 1pm only
July 13 - 9 am – 1pm only

August 24 - 9 am – 1pm only

September 7^- 9am - 1pm only
September 15 - 9 am – 1 pm only
September 23, 28, 30 - 3pm – 11 pm only

Wedding Rental Rates

Hycroft is a unique and desirable setting for a wedding ceremonies and receptions. Typically ceremonies require a 4 hour rental while a wedding ceremony plus reception can be accommodated in 8 hours. All rentals must be concluded by 11pm due to the residential neighbourhood location of our heritage home.

Saturday and Sunday weddings are time restricted with two options daily:

• 4 hour ceremony rental from 9am to 1pm

• 8+ hour rental for ceremony and/ or reception after 2 pm to end at 11pm

Monday through Friday wedding options are:

• 4+ or 8+ hour segments between 9am and 11pm

Wedding rental price includes, in addition to indoor space:

• The view terrace, the heritage garden, and the Juliet balcony;

• Chairs set up for ceremonies and/or reception;

• Assistance of staff person to greet caterers, florist, deliveries etc;

• One hour complimentary rehearsal for immediate wedding party, to be arranged between Monday and Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm;

• A limited amount of parking. Restrictions apply based on day of week and time of day;

• Dressing room suite, including washroom, for bride on 3rd floor of house;

• Dressing room and washroom for Groom on the 3rd floor of the house;

Socan fee must be added to any event with entertainment and/or music

Catering:

• A list of approved caterers is posted on this website
