HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE:
Access the CFUW BC Council AGM Registration website at cfuwbccouncilagm, OR through the University Women’s Club of Vancouver website, click on Events/General Events and scroll down to May 2023.

You will see a Main Page with all of the choices listed. Before making your choices, please read all the information regarding registration.

The information will provide you with details of the Workshops and Tours descriptions as well as the choices should you need this information.

If you have a Companion accompanying you who will be attending the Friday Reception, a Tour and Saturday Dinner, you will also make these choices on this Main Page. To add a companion, click on their choice of events in the registration form and add the companion’s name in your registration contact information indicated.

Once you have made your choices click on GET TICKETS AND THEN SAVE AND VIEW CART. Here you will review your selections. If everything is correct, you can click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

TROUBLESHOOTING: If the selections are not correct when you click on SAVE AND VIEW CART, first ensure that you have the correct number of tickets showing. If the number is too high, click on the negative sign to reduce it to the correct number. If there is something on this page that you do not wish to have there, you can reduce the number to 0 or click on the X on the left-hand side, and it will delete the item, including the cost. If something is missing, return to the ordering page and repeat your selections and these steps. THEN, click on UPDATE CART. This will give you a new total cost.

Then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

AT CHECKOUT: This takes you to the Registration page, where you will find, on the left-hand side, the section to complete your Contact Information, Club Affiliation and any special requirements you have that we need to know about. You will also enter the name of your Companion (if applicable) on this page. Finally, you will see a summary of your choices and the cost on the right-hand side. If the information is still incorrect, you can click on RETURN TO CART and make the corrections described above in Troubleshooting.

When ready, click on SAVE AND CHECKOUT and proceed to payment.
