Come and enjoy a delicious Christmas lunch with family, friends or colleagues. You have two weeks to choose from December 7, 8, & 9 and December 14, 15 & 16. This is a plated 3-course set menu, which will be different each week. Lunch starts at noon.
Menu:
Butternut squash and apple velouté with brioche croutons
Roasted herbed turkey breast, traditional stuffing, heirloom carrots, pomme puree, mushroom gravy
Leek and mushroom tart, roasted cauliflower sauce, winter greens (Vegetarian option)
Earl grey and chocolate crème brulee, shortbread cookie

Tomato bisque with herbed focaccia crisp
Braised beef short rib, celeriac puree, roasted winter squash, mushrooms
Mushroom and winter squash risotto (Vegetarian option)
Bread pudding, poached apple, and sauce Anglaise
