Drop In Laughter Yoga

Imagine how you feel if you had more laughter in your life! Laughter yoga follows a body-mind approach and combines yoga-style deep breathing with interactive laughter exercises designed to stimulate laughter and cultivate an inner spirit of joy. Attend a drop-in session with certified laughter yoga leader Tamar Cohen and let us know if you’d be interested in making this a regular interest group!
Note that this is an inclusive group, so anyone needing a mobility device such as a cane or walker is welcome. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in that allows for unrestricted movement. No mats needed.
Sessions are free to attend or $5 (suggested donation)
