Dine out for the planet and mix it up with the Environment Committee Thursday, April 20th!
Come for lunch at 12:45, and stay for the TED Talk video showing and discussion at 2 pm in the Drawing Room. This is a total in-person experience!
Learn why The World Needs Less Food and how our collective food choices could bend the curve on climate change. Organic farmer Brent Preston weaves personal experience and compelling analysis of our global food system to argue over-production of food is at the root of many of the world’s biggest problems. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Thursday’s lunch is part of a series of special luncheon menus on April 18th, 20th and 21st, celebrating Earth Week. Each luncheon features an assortment of locally grown, seasonal fare designed by our food and beverage manager, David Estrada, and prepared for our enjoyment by Chef Pekka.
