Stephanie Chan, CEO of ‘myCareBase’. With ‘Home to Home’, for the last 12 years, Stephanie has been helping seniors and families plan eldercare solutions, focusing on helping seniors navigate the health care system, finding suitable housing, offering hands on assistance with downsizing and managing all their care needs. With her new venture, she helps seniors find and hire affordable private home care services to help them age-in-place safely at home for as long as possible. Prior to starting her first business in 2007, Stephanie practiced law and was General Counsel of a public company in Vancouver.
