Hycroft Lecture – Michèle Audette
November 26 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm$85
Join The University Women’s Club of Vancouver for a special dinner with Commissioner, National Inquiry into Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women and Girls, Michèle Audette.
Commissioner Audette entered politics at a young age, first as president of the Quebec Native Women’s Association and then as Associate Deputy Minister for the Status of Women in the Government of Quebec. She then made the leap to the national scene as president of the Native Women’s Association of Canada.
Her ease and ability to explain Indigenous issues raise awareness and mobilize people to find solutions that bring about real changes, which will surely make this a Hycroft Lecture to remember.
We look forward to seeing you at the Hycroft Ballroom!
