March Health Series – Laughter Yoga

Laughter makes you feel good. And the good feeling that you get when you laugh remains with you even after the laughter subsides. Laughter Yoga is an easy activity that anyone can do; it requires no special clothing, no mats and no twisting your body to reach a certain position. Whether you are 1 or 100, standing or sitting on a regular chair, Laughter Yoga is a great way to enjoy life and improve your ability to get on with your day with less stress.
Come laugh with Tamar Cohen, a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, who will introduce you to this fun new exercise. Yoga wear is not required however please dress in comfortable shoes and clothes (unrestricted movement, nothing too tight). Come as you are – happy, sad, stressed, relaxed… everyone can laugh for no reason!
Optional dinner (soup & sandwich) available at 6 pm for $12.50 + tax. Please contact the office if you’d like to register.
