This will include Mindful Breathing

Before we begin, take a few moments and connect with yourself on these questions: rating each response out of 10.
How is my sleep? How are my emotions? What are my inner thoughts like? Can I control my own negativity towards myself? Towards others? How do I change my thoughts?
When we are finished 21 days, we’ll see how these have shifted
