Menu: Romaine Caesar Salad, Fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano, Garlic Croutons & a Creamy Caesar Dressing; Thai Tiger Prawn Vermicelli; Poached Tiger Prawns & Vermicelli Noodle Salad, Thai Dressing, Ginger & Cilantro; Poached Pear Salad: Red Wine Poached Pears, Artisan greens & Arugula, Roasted Walnuts & Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing; Sundried Tomato, Artichoke, Black Olive & Basil Pasta Finished with Parmesan & Olive Oil; Chef’s Carvery: Roasted Strip Loin of Beef, with Thyme & Garlic, Fresh Watercress and Red Wine Jus; Baked Wild West Coast Coho Salmon Fillet, Spring Vegetables, Herb Broth; Market Vegetables & Thyme Roasted Potatoes; Ratatouille Provençale Vegetables; Desserts:  Strawberry Eton Mess, Profiteroles Dipped in Dark Chocolate, Mini Lemon Meringue Pies, Fruit & Berry Platter.

Join us for cocktail hour 5pm. Dinner buffet begins 6:15 pm.
