MUSEUM OF VANCOUVER – Guided Tour – Sold Out

$25.00Guided tour of the exhibit, ”Dressed for History; Why Costume Collections Matter,” hosted by the Museum of Vancouver.
The tour will be directed by Ivan Sayers, Chief Curator of the exhibition, who will describe the fashions, which range in date from circa 1750 to 2000.
Included in the display will be a set of stays (corset) c. 1730-1750, a handbag from 1936 which belonged to Wallis Simpson (The Duchess of Windsor), and a pair of shoes from the wardrobe of the Canadian author, suffragist and politician, Nellie McClung, a member of the Famous Five.
