Please note that tables are not automatically supplied since many vendors have their own booth set-ups. There is no extra charge for a table but you do need to request one. For a 6’x5’ or 8’x3’ space, you would be provided with a 6’ table (2.5’x6’).  For a 10’x5’ or 8’x5’ space, you would be provided with an 8’ table (2.5’x8’). There are no 10’ tables.

In order for you to participate in a Temporary Event such as this, Vancouver Coastal Health requires that food items be prepared in a commercial kitchen. Note that this is different from the requirements of a farmers’ market.

Vendors of alcoholic beverages will be required to possess a Market Authorization issued by the Provincial Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch.
