Celebrate Easter with family and friends at Hycroft! Enjoy a delicious brunch buffet and Easter egg for the kids. Please let the office know the names and ages of the kids.
The extravagant brunch includes the following:
Platters: Yogurt with house-made granola; smoked fish platter to include: smoked salmon, peppered mackerel & trout; poached prawns with house-made Marie Rose sauce; Charcuterie Platter – Roasted beef, prosciutto, salami & parma ham, house pickle;
Salad: Artisan greens and arugula; roasted walnuts & creamy blue cheese dressing; Kedgeree style Indian spiced rice salad, raisins, apple, cilantro & mint; Heirloom baby gem tomato & bocconcini, pesto dressing
Hot Items: Grilled Canadian bacon; pork & herb breakfast sausage; herb-roasted nugget potatoes; traditional baked ham, maple brown sugar glaze; scrambled eggs; French fries
