Thank you for your interest in vending at this year’s always-popular Hycroft for the Holidays, hosted by the University Women’s Club of Vancouver.
Hycroft for the Holidays is a fundraising event which takes place in the UWC’s sumptuous Edwardian mansion located in Shaughnessy. It features a variety of artisan vendors in one of the most upscale holiday markets in the Lower Mainland and offers the opportunity for the public and members of the University Women’s Club to experience a magical holiday experience at the beautifully decorated Hycroft.
We kindly invite you, as a past vendor at the Artisan Market, to apply for a space at this year’s event.
The details of the Market are as follows:
Show dates 2025:
Thursday November 27th       7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Friday November 28th            10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday November 29th       10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday November 30th     10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Load-in:          Thursday November 27th       8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Load-out:        Sunday November 30th     6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Booth fees:
Large (10’x5’ or 9’x6’)     $1,100
8’ table                 $975
6’ table                 $900
To apply for a spot, please complete the attached application form and email to office@uwcvancouver.ca, along with three or four photos of your work, before Wednesday, May 21st.
