Members are cordially invited to the opening reception for the artist Terresa Tetar. “Waterfalls, Trees, and Flowers.” Terresa is a local artist who paints realistic and impressionistic landscapes. She has been involved in the arts throughout her life, teaching Creative Drama, writing children’s stories and painting. For the last five years, Terresa has focused on painting landscapes en plein air and her beautiful scenic acreage in Langley BC.
Everyone is welcome to attend this free event.

The Seattle Art Museum is proud to present a new Exhibition Flesh and Blood: Italian Masterpieces from Capodimonte Museum. Take this rare opportunity to experience the fierce beauty of art from the 16th and 17th centuries. Renowned Renaissance artists such as Titian and Raphael join Baroque masters Artemisia Gentileschi, Jusepe de Ribera, Guido Reni and Bernardo Cavallino.

This Lunch and Learn Program will feature acclaimed Travel writer, RICK ANTONSON, who will discuss his recent book, “WALKING WITH GHOSTS IN PAPUA NEW GUINEA.” In this book, Rick tackles his most challenging adventure yet: a formidable trail through the remote jungles of Papua New Guinea. Featuring an eclectic mix of fantastic original duo guitar arrangements, including Renaissance and Baroque lute works, Brazilian Sambas and Bossa Novas, and fiery Spanish dances, this is a concert that will set your heart soaring. Susan Johnston is a Registered Nurse with 30 years of experience in Eldercare, Rural Nursing and Cancer Care. Before her current position, she was the Nurse Educator, the Leukemia/Bone Marrow Transplant Program of BC. She has been in the position of Nurse Educator for the OASIS program, a regional program in VCH for the last 5 years.

Please join us for the third annual Valentine's Candlelight Dinner and Concert, presented by the Vancouver Chamber Players Society and the Hycroft Heritage Preservation Foundation.
International Award-Winning Performers Sunny Qu (pianist) & Carole Bertho (vocalist) will headline a memorable evening with a variety of classical and popular entertainment in the elegant Drawing Room at Hycroft. Sunny Qu is an outstanding pianist, performing as a soloist with distinguished symphonies across three continents, and winning numerous prestigious awards. Carole Bertho has been recognized for her beautiful intense singing since she was a student at the Paris Music Conservatory and the Musee National Conservatory in Montpellier, France.
Champagne Reception starts at 5:30 pm.
Concert at 6:30 pm.
